I first learned about Bog Hopping when I took Alex Jeffreys course “Forward To Marketing”.
Sally Neill did most of Alex’s tutorials and Sally is the Blog Hopping Queen. It was great learning from a PRO.
What Is Blog Hopping?
Blog hopping is basically visiting other peoples blogs, reading posts and leaving comments on those posts.
The comments need to have some thought put into them. They should add value to the post that they accompany.

As Bloggers we all know that the life blood of your blog is content. This content includes the posts written by the blog owner and all of the comments made by readers.
It is this unique content that causes our blogs to rank higher with the search engines. As our blogs rank higher the amount of traffic we get increases which benefits our blogs.
If you are an experience blogger you already know that a really good way to get comments on your blog is to comment on other peoples blogs. Commenting on other dofollow blogs also gives our blog back links and the search engines like back links.

Alexa is a web information company that computes traffic rankings by analyzing the Web usages of millions of Alexa Toolbar users as well as several other data sources.
After all of this analyzing Alexa then gives each website a rank. The best rank is a 0 and the worst is up in the millions or billions. You want your Alexa ranking to continue get closer to 0. Alexa defines Traffic Rank as the following:
